Opening hours
Monday - Thursday: 11:00 - 15:00
Prior registration via our booking tool is required for equipment rentals and
returns. Please let us know your equipment requirements and any further information in the
comments field. We will be happy to advise you in advance by phone or e-mail. In this way, we
can also ensure that the desired equipment is available for the booking period.
Using rooms
To book editing suites or radio studios at our School, you also need to reserve the desired room via the booking tool. For rooms in the old university building (Domus Universitatis), you also need to make an appointment to collect the keys from the secretary's office or audiovisual services team.

In order to use the equipment and studios, written acceptance of the School of
Journalism’s terms of use is required. In addition, liability insurance for borrowed equipment
and keys is required (student liability).
