Susanne Vollstädt joined the Department of Journalism as a research assistant 2017. Her teaching and research focus on audio-visual journalism, online journalism and multimedia formats. She also conducts research on the question of the distribution and journalistic quality of digital school newspapers. Susanne Vollstädt is responsible for coordinating CampusMedia and thus for coordinating the content of the teaching editorial offices and for CampusMedia publications as part of the Audiovisual Media programme. Susanne Vollstädt works as a multimedia editor and freelance journalist for Hessischer Rundfunk.
